Meet the Team at Pinehurst Dentistry

Dr. Fred T. Ridge was born and raised in High Point, North Carolina. When it came time for college, Dr. Ridge completed his undergraduate degree at the University of South Carolina. He then went on to dental school at the Medical College of Virginia. After dental school, Dr. Ridge served in the U.S. Airforce for four years and completed General Dentistry Residency Training. He returned to North Carolina to begin practicing dentistry and has stayed in different areas of the state ever since. After visiting Pinehurst many times for Dr. Jordan's junior golf tournaments, Dr. Ridge decided to move his practice to the area in 2004. Since starting his career in dentistry, Dr. Ridge has had a passion for continuing his education in all areas of dentistry, as well as keeping up with advanced and modern technology to best serve patients' needs. He is certified in Sleep Dentistry, Laser Dentistry, TMJ treatment, dental implants and many other certifications. When Dr. Ridge isn't with patients or attending continuing education classes, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outside, and spending time with his three grandchildren. Dr. Jordan has a 1.5 year old son, and her sister, Morgan, has an 8 year old daughter and 4 year old son. Dr. Ridge looks forward to seeing all of his patients every day!  

Dr. Jordan Ridge is a graduate of the UNC Adams School of Dentistry. Before deciding to pursue dentistry as a career, she grew up playing competitive golf as a child and teenager.  Jordan played college golf for Coastal Carolina University and graduated Cum Laude with an undergraduate degree in Biology at NC State University. Jordan loves everything Moore County has to offer and has been a resident of Pinehurst since high school, when her father brought his dentistry practice here from Greensboro, NC.  In her spare time, Jordan enjoys spending time with her friends, family and two dogs, as well as cooking and traveling. Dr. Jordan has a passion for Functional Dentistry and approaches treatment on a whole health level. She is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to meeting you soon!

Annette is the friendly face that greets you at the front desk. She graduated from Guilford County Community College and has been a Certified Dental Assistant for 30+ years. She will schedule your appointments and ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. On occasion, she will even jump in and assist Dr. Ridge, chair side if needed. She has been married to Dr. Fred Ridge for over 30 years.  They have two beautiful daughters, Jordan and Morgan, three incredible grandchildren, Nola, Niles, Rudd and Ritt.  She always has several Weimaraner friends and she is passionately involved with Weimaraner rescue.

Linda is our go-to insurance and financial coordinator.  She has 10+ years of medical/dental office experience. Linda, her husband, Mike and their two children, Gracie and Toby, moved to Whispering Pines in 2019 from Savannah, Georgia. Linda loves spending time with family, friends, and their yorkies, Benny and Olive, . She enjoys fitness and has ran several marathons and continues to train and challenge herself.

Rachael is our Lead Dental Assistant. She graduated from the dental assisting program at Fayetteville Tech in 2003 and began working in the dental field directly after.  She has been working with Dr. Ridge since 2006. She has two beautiful daughters Scarlett and Violet.  As well as a Pit bull / Labrador rescue named Saffy.  She loves God, her family and dentistry.

Crystal joined our team in 2024. Her experience began 2008 after graduating from SDCC with honors.  Crystal has an energetic personality and the willingness to help others. She loves being able to build relationships while working hand and hand with the doctors making sure you are comfortable throughout your dental needs. When not working she enjoys the outdoors, camping, hiking, and family time. She has two grown boys, two grandchildren and a love for animals.

LeeAnn is a local born and raised Moore County North Carolinian.  She loves being a Wife, Mother and Dog Mom. She has worked with Dr. Ridge as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2013. In addition, she enjoys spending time with friends, family, traveling to the beach, reading and baking.

Hannah joined our team after graduating from Wake Tech Community College in Dental Hygiene in 2024.  She was born and raised in Moore County and recently married her wonderful husband, Gary in the fall of 2024. They have two cats, Ty and Oreo. She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling and exploring what God has created for us! She enjoys cooking reading and hiking.

Jennifer is our office assistant and right hand woman. You will see her friendly face when coming in to our office or speak with her when scheduling an appointment. She has a background in working in dental and medical offices. Jennifer and her husband, Shane, moved to Pinehurst in 2020 from Charlotte. They have two daughters, Courtney and Reagan, along with two dogs, Finley and Murphy. Jennifer loves spending time with her family, friends from near and far, visiting her daughters in Raleigh and Charlotte, playing golf, and enjoying everything Moore County has to offer. Fun fact: Dr. Jordan and Jennifer’s oldest daughter, Courtney, played junior golf together starting in 2002 and their families have been friends since!
